  • will this dvd show how to quarter a beef and the right way to hang it in a cooler?

    Yes the DVD tells you how and where to cut the side of beef in to the front and hind quarter.

    FYI - when splitting the side of beef you make the cut between the 1st and 2nd rib.  There should be 1 rib on the hind quarter and the rest of the ribs are on the front quarter.
